Donna Miller 
Donna Miller has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. She specializes in developing creative solutions and working one-on-one with her clients at their place of business. Donna started her career at California Casualty in 1987 and joined the Kelly Miller Insurance team in 2008. She enjoys helping her customers with personal lines of insurance, and she’s also an Agribusiness and Farm Master Certified Specialist. She’s a valuable resource on all things agribusiness at Kelly Miller Insurance.
Brian J. Miller
As Vice President-Operations Manager at Kelly Miller Insurance Associates, Brian J. Miller manages the daily operations of the agency. Brian also writes and services commercial insurance for new and medium to large business accounts. He’s been a member of the Kelly Miller Insurance team since 2000.
Previously, Brian developed and maintained sales compensation programs and awards events at California Casualty Insurance for 13 years. He also worked with executive management and the IT department to develop operational efficiencies. Brian has filled a variety of roles from commercial producer to director of operations at other insurance agencies.
Kelly Miller
Kelly Miller is proud to have worked in the insurance industry for over 40 years. After a serious auto accident ended his previous career as a restaurant owner, he passed the state insurance exam and began selling insurance for Farmers and eventually became a District Manager. In 1981 Kelly was recruited as a sales manager for California Casualty where he worked until 1989. In 1990 he was recruited by CalFarm and moved up the ranks, eventually becoming an executive vice president.
Kelly moved to Loomis, California, in 1996 and opened his first independent insurance agency in 1998. He attributes his success to always being honest and fair with customers and insurance companies. Kelly is also a proud Viet Nam Veteran. Outside the office, he supports the California Agriculture in the Classroom program.
Yvonne Metoyer
Yvonne Metoyer joined the Kelly Miller Insurance team in 2016. Prior to working at Kelly Miller, Yvonne worked with several top national and regional insurance brokerages as a licensed property and casualty agent, accumulating more than 30 years of experience. Yvonne excels at maintaining close relationships with clients and carriers, especially regarding changes in coverage, technology, and safety information.
Licensed in the State of California, Yvonne enjoys using her expertise to help customers make the right insurance choices. She’s a proud resident of Ione, California.
Rodney Mattos
Rodney Mattos is the Director of Agency Development and works with carrier partners, underwriters, business owners, and individual customers to provide unparalleled customer service. He advocates using technology to optimize insurance coverage for his customers without losing sight of the importance of personal interactions. Rodney guides the firm’s overall commitment to provide exceptional service for its clients.
With 30 years of insurance expertise, Rodney helped start a regional insurance carrier and grow it to more than 1 million members in the western U.S. When the carrier was acquired by a Fortune 250 firm, he managed the integration of the companies. He ‘s an Agribusiness and Farm-Certified agent and Licensed Consultant in employee benefits, life insurance, commercial, and personal insurance lines.
